My wife was very pleased. I was too, but if you can please my wife, you've done something. Seriously, they were very attentive to interact with us on placement of vents and minimize interruption to our comfort and schedule. In just a few days we had our first central air conditioning system installed in our 1950s house and we couldn't be more pleased. Ross did a great designing our system.
