Frontline Comfort Has Grown: Here’s What You Need to Know

Over the last couple of months, a lot has been happening behind the scenes here at Frontline Comfort. All of these changes are going to make your Frontline Comfort experience that much better!

New Team Members

Our team has grown!

We’ve added THREE new members to the Frontline Comfort team. Each and every one of them is ready to serve you, and make your experience smooth and efficient from start to finish.

Suzy is our Founder Ross’ mother. She is incredibly friendly, and, with a background in medical office administration, Suzy cares deeply about each customer. Customer service must run in the family!

As the CSR/Dispatcher, Suzy and her team assist you when you call to make sure your questions get answered and appointments scheduled.

Plus, you can now call after hours! No matter what your day to day schedule is, we’ll help you when you need it.

Service Technician

Jacob has been a team player for awhile now, but he’s upping his game!

Jacob officially graduated from his apprentice training. He has almost a year of work under his belt, responding to both maintenance and emergency calls with minimal supervision.

Jacob has an exceptional customer service and automotive repair background. He loves to fix things and help others, which means he fits in well with our team! Jacob now operates his own service truck, allowing us to run more calls and maintain rapid response times for emergency service and installation.

We are thrilled that Calvin has joined our team as our newest apprentice!

Calvin comes from an incredibly diverse background with experience in law enforcement, automation and control, electrical trades, and he has even been a DJ on side. You can’t get much more diverse than that!

Calvin is kind and patient, and he is willing to help out wherever he can. With his expansive background, he can relate to most anyone and has become an integral part of the Frontline Comfort team.

Easy Booking

We’ve updated our online booking system for all of our heating and cooling services! Now, online booking is easier than ever. The descriptions have been updated so that you know exactly what you’re getting yourself into, and the pictures show a more accurate representation of each service!

Phone Call

Like we said, we now have someone answering phones 24/7. No matter when you call, we’ll have someone ready to set up your non-emergency appointments.

In addition, we have made improvements to our phone system overall. Regardless of what service you need, call 405-440-EASY (3279). This number allows us to control how calls are routed so we can help you as best we can.

Now Serving… Yukon!

You asked, and we listened!

As our business has grown, so has our customer base, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Due to the volume of calls we have been receiving from those of you in the Yukon area, we have now added Yukon zip codes to our dedicated service area.
